The Fluffiest Buttermilk Pancakes

These are the most delicious and foolproof pancakes you will ever eat !


Trust me when I say you will never use another recipe


Here is what you will need


2 C all purpose flour

1/2 c sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 c butter melted

2 1/2 C buttermilk

2 eggs


In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, butter, milk, and butter until well blended. Stir egg mixture into flour. Mix well with a whisk until ingredients are combined . Don't not overmix .

Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto a lightly greased skillet or hot griddle . When bubbles up here in the batter in the edges are dry flip the pancakes.. I served mine with maple bourbon syrup, and a dollop of real butter !!

Tip: They freeze really well if you have too many and they were perfect on the Blackstone
